FRANCHISE PARTNER PROFILE

  • Proven track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Have an infrastructure committed to the development of Outback Steakhouse.
  • Strong local knowledge and expertise in the areas of consumer insights, real estate, governmental issues, labor and distribution.
  • Philosophically aligned with the Principles & Beliefs of Outback Steakhouse.
  • Minimum of $5 Million total net worth
  • Minimum of $10 Million cash or credit available for investment
  • Minimum development commitment 4+ restaurants within 2 years
FEE SCHEDULE
  • Franchise Fee: Varies by market
  • Development Fee: Per store, varies by market
  • Royalty Fee: 4% of gross sales, paid monthly
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Management team, including the Operating Partner, Managing Partner, Kitchen Manager and Manager are required to complete Outback’s management training program which involves 20-24 weeks of on the job training in an existing Outback Steakhouse restaurant. Training location to be designated by Outback Executive Committee. If you meet these requirements please complete a request for consideration form then mail or email it to our office for review.
