Glutamate (MSG)
We do not add Monosodium Glutamate to any of
our seasonings, salad dressings, or entrées.
There are some items that contain a type of
MSG that occurs naturally. These items include
tomatoes, mushrooms, some cheeses, and anything
made with beef or chicken base (hydrolyzed
protein). Some things you might want to avoid
if you wish to limit your MSG intake would
include soups, 'shrooms, au jus, cabernet sauce
and Bloody Mary mix.
