FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours of operation?

• Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm (EST). Customer Service can be reached during office hours 1-877-670-4329. After hours customer service options will be available through this number. Our office is closed during the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas (when Christmas falls on Thursday, then the office is closed on Friday). When a holiday falls on a Saturday then the office will be closed on Friday, if the holiday falls on a Sunday then the office is closed on Monday. You may place your order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What is the shipping schedule?

• Your order will be processed the NEXT business day. The table below shows delivery estimates based on different shipping method. All orders are pending credit card authorization.

*USPS Standard Mail shipping dates are approximate. Delivery of up to 7 days is average but delivery could take up to 14 business days. Standard mail option does not provide a tracking number.

Do you offer different card designs?

• Yes, choose the option for card designs or add a personal photo to your gift card. Pending on the card option you choose and the number of gift cards purchased, additional fees may apply.

What denominations do gift cards come in?

• Our gift cards come in $10, - $200 denominations.

Where can these gift cards be used?

• Our card can be redeemed at any of our OSI restaurants: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Roy's, Bonefish Grill and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, in the United States, Guam and Puerto Rico.

Do your gift cards expire?

• Our gift cards never expire.

How can I check my gift card balance?

• You can verify the balance by calling the toll free number on back of your gift card. (1-800-242-5353). Your gift card number will be required. The gift card number is the first 19 numbers on the gift card. Do not include the extra 4 digits in the corner of your gift card.

Do you charge a monthly fee after a certain period of time?

• No monthly fee is charged.

Can I send a personal message on my gift card purchase on-line?

• You can add a personal note on your order. It will be printed on the carrier.

Can I order a gift card on-line and pick it up at my local restaurant?

• No. At this time you are not able to order a gift card on-line and pick it up at one of our restaurants.

Will I get a confirmation?

• Yes, after your order is placed you will get a confirmation page that shows your order number. You will also be emailed a confirmation.

When will I receive my gift card?

• All orders placed will be processed the next business day. Delivery will depend upon the option you choose.

How can I track my order?

• Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped if you choose expedited shipping.
• Standard Delivery orders are mailed USPS and can not be tracked.

Do you deliver on Saturday?

• No, we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday because of the excessive shipping charges.

What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?

• Gift cards should be treated as cash.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

• Express shipping methods do not ship to PO Boxes, however, Standard Delivery does. If you need delivery to a PO Box or APO address please choose Standard Delivery.

Can you deliver to Hawaii or Alaska?

• Only through Standard Delivery. Please know that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska will take approximately 7-14 business days.

Can you deliver to APO addresses?

• We can deliver to APO addresses with Standard Delivery.

Can I place an order if I have an APO address?

• Yes, you can place an order if you have an APO address.

What if I use Standard Delivery and my order takes too long or never shows up?

• For gift card orders not delivered within 14 business days. please contact customer service at 877-670-4329 - Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM EST
• We recommend that you plan for Standard Delivery service to take up to 10 business days. Orders are usually received within that time.

Last month I placed an order with Standard Delivery and received it in 3 days but this time it took 7. Why is that?

• Standard Delivery service is reliant on the distance the order has to travel and mail volume. During peak mail times service may take longer.

Can I place an order for delivery to Canada?

• No, we do not deliver to Canadian addresses. The Outback Steakhouse gift cards cannot be used in Canada.

Can I use a Canadian billing address?

• No, all payment types must have a U.S. billing address.

Can I place an order for delivery in the United States if I live in Canada?

• No, all payment types must have a U.S. billing address.

Who can I contact if I have questions or problems with my order?

I don't have time to order online and can't get to a restaurant to buy a gift card. What can I do?

• Our gift cards can be purchased at many major retail locations:
