Seafood lovers rejoice. The Hearts of Gold Mahi is one of our many dishes that combine the distinct flavor of Outback with a diverse range of ingredients from around the world.
Our chefs use Outback’s unique house blend of seafood spices to season and prepare each delicate piece of Mahi before placing it on our wood-fire grill and searing it to perfection.
Next we sauté artichoke hearts, green onions and Turkish sun dried tomatoes to create a robust yet intricate combination of flavors that when combined with our house made lemon butter Chablis sauce create a flavor profile that must be experienced to be believed. The dish is completed with a side of fresh seasonal mixed veggies.
