Say hoo roo to your hunger with this down under twist on the classic surf and turf. This dish combines our Outback Signature Sirloin with your choice of Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie or Coconut Shrimp.
We begin right in our wheelhouse. It starts with a hand selected USDA Choice beef sirloin, hand cut and seasoned with our house made blend of 17 spices that give our Outback steaks their one-of-a-kind flavor. Then our chefs expertly prepare your steak by searing it on our grill exactly to your order.
Next comes your big choice, Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie or Coconut Shrimp. Either way you can’t go wrong. Our grilled are seared over an open flame oak fire and seasoned with our uniquely crafted Outback seafood seasoning. Or if Coconut Shrimp are more your style we beer batter these Pacific shrimp before coating them with sweet coconut. After a light dip in our fryer they’re ready to meet their place next to our Outback Special Sirloin® and your choice of two freshly made sides.
