Much like the wildlife of Australia, our USDA Choice steaks come in all shapes and sizes. For example, these filet medallions. Individually they may seem small but put bunch of these delicious medallions on a skewer with some veggies and they’re really big on classic Outback flavor.
For this entree we’ve borrowed some flavors from our friends in the Pacific. Our chefs begin with our USDA Choice filet medallions marinated in a sweet teriyaki sauce and seasoned with our classic secret recipe Outback seasonings. We skewer each one between fresh red and green peppers and sweet red onions and sear them on our wood fire grill. Served over yellow rice, this dish is sure to please steak lovers and those looking to try something new.
