Opening to Donate Funds to Fontaine-Gills YMCA
Lakeland, FL— International restaurant chain
Outback Steakhouse Inc., known for its bold flavors,
a ‘no worries’ Aussie attitude and
its unwavering commitment to ‘made fresh
daily’ is pleased to announce the grand opening
of a new restaurant in Lakeland, Florida.
In keeping
with tradition, the Australian-themed steakhouse
plans to contribute proceeds from opening night
sales to a local charity. The new restaurant, which
opens on Monday, August 27, 2007, chose the Fontaine-Gills
YMCA as the recipient of its generous donation.
The
managing partner of the new Lakeland location is
Bridget Ellis. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday
4:00pm-10:00pm, Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm, Saturday
3:00pm-11:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm.
Outback
Steakhouse, an Australian-themed restaurant was
founded in Tampa, Florida in 1988 by restaurateurs
who believed in hospitality, sharing and fun. It
quickly bloomed into an international brand with
over 900 restaurants worldwide. Outback is known
for outstanding service and a commitment to quality.
The menu features “USDA Choice” steaks,
grilled chicken, shrimp and fish, soups, salads
