The "Outback
Bowl" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")
begins November 23, 2009 and ends 11:59
PM (EST) December 13, 2009. Sponsored by Outback
Steakhouse of Florida, LLC, 2202 N. Westshore Blvd., Tampa, FL 33607
("Sponsor").
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the continental United States, eighteen
(18) years of age or older. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees,
officers, directors, agents, representatives, and their family members of Outback
Steakhouse or their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and promotion agencies, and promotion partners are not eligible to enter. Only
one winner per household. All decisions of the Sponsor with respect to eligibility
and award of prizes are final.
No purchase or subscription to Online or Internet Service Provider is necessary.
To enter via the World Wide Web, go to http://www.outback.com and
fill in the information requested. One online entry per person. Website entries
must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST December 13, 2009.
Selection of Winners
Winner will be drawn on or about December 14, 2009 by random drawing of all email
entries received. The random drawing will be held by Sponsor, whose decisions
shall be final in all matters. Winner will be notified by e-mail, and will be
required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/ publicity
release ("Affidavit"). Failure by any person to sign and return any
such forms within seven (7) days of notification to his or her address, or the
return of notification, prize information, or the prize as undeliverable may
result in a disqualification of the potential prize winner. Upon any such disqualification,
an alternate potential prize winner shall be selected by random drawing. Grand
Prize Winner's travel companion will also be required to execute and return a
Release of Liability form prior to travel documents being issued. Except in Tennessee
and where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes the prize winner's
permission to use such person's name, picture, likeness and address for promotional
or advertising purposes in connection with this sweepstakes without further compensation.
Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will neither be acknowledged nor
returned. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding of prizes.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Prize
One (1) First Prize will be awarded. First Prize consists of a trip for 2 to
Tampa, Florida. Package includes roundtrip coach airfare for two, 3 nights double
occupancy hotel accommodations at the Intercontinental Hotel Tampa and two tickets to
the Outback Bowl game.
Total retail value of prize is approximately $2000.00. Prize not transferable
and no cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of the
Sponsor. If prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of
the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded.
Beverages, gratuities and any additional expenses not specified herein are the
winner's responsibility.
Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any federal,
state and local taxes and fees applicable in connection with prizes awarded are
the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this
Sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor
corrupt the administration or security of the Sweepstakes. With respect to computer
entries, Sponsor, Outback Steakhouse, their officers, directors, parent companies,
affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively,
the "Sweepstakes Parties") are not responsible for and shall not be
liable for computer system, phone line, or hardware, software or program malfunctions,
or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connection
that are human or technical in nature.

List
For a copy of the Official Rules or a list of the names and addresses of prize
winners, send a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope (VT and WA residents
need not affix return postage) within one (1) year of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes
