The Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am
Thanks to a string of birdies on the 13th, 14th and 15th holes, Nick Price won the the Champions Tour's 2009 Outback Pro-Am at TPC Tampa Bay on April 19, 2009, defeating Larry Nelson by two strokes. Mike Potthoff was this year's Amateur Champion.
In its first five years, the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am Foundation, Inc. has raised over $3 million through corporate sponsorships and other charitable donations. This year’s recipients are Child Abuse Council, Diabetic Charitable Services, Everyday Blessings, and Judeo Christian Health Clinic.

Feeding Freedom VI
This fall, 21 volunteers from Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba’s Italian
Grill brought a taste of home to United States and coalition troops
stationed overseas. The Feeding Freedom VI mission made stops throughout
the Middle East to serve approximately 21,000 service men and women.
