Inspired by the flavors of the Bloomin’ Onion, our tender ribs are seasoned and smoked, coated in our famous Bloomin’ Onion flour and seasonings, then fried. We asked ourselves, “What else can we ‘Alice Springs?’” We took our most popular steak, the Outback Center-Cut Sirloin, and topped it with our Alice Springs topping of sauteed mushrooms, bacon, honey mustard and Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses. Alice Springs is the largest town near Uluru, one of the 7 wonders in Australia. Our Alice Springs topping just might be the 8th!

A dessert so loved by our guests, we’re bringing it back again! We roll ice cream in our cinnamon pecans, make our cinnamon croutons in-house, serve it on warm cinnamon apples, and drizzle it all with caramel sauce.
