Steamed Lobster Tails

This is lobster done the Outback way. Two cold water tails perfectly steamed for maximum tenderness, served with butter for dipping and two steakhouse sides to keep things properly satisfying. 

Seared Peppered Ahi

SEARED PEPPERED AHI**

Seared rare with garlic pepper seasoning, sliced and served over a bed of lettuce, cabbage, carrots and crispy noodles. Served with creamy soy ginger sauce and wasabi.
