How do I check the status of my gift card order that I placed through Outback's website?
A confirmation email is sent once the gift card has shipped. You may also call 877-625-5786 to check the status of your gift card purchased from Outback.com.
How do I check the balance of my card?
You can check the balance on your card by clicking here or call (800) 242-5353.
Can lost/stolen cards be replaced?
Terms on the back of the card state “card has no replacement value if lost or stolen.”
However, if possible, we would like to assist in replacing the gift card. Please submit your proof of purchase so we can research your card history and work towards replacing.

- If Purchased at Outback, retailer, grocery or drug store: Please scan and email your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to (813) 387-8995.

How long will it take to receive a replacement card?
Pending results of the card activity research, a replacement will be sent to the mailing address provided. Please allow 3-4 weeks for research and replacement of your card.
Do your gift cards expire or have any maintenance fees?
No, our gift cards do not expire nor do they have any type of maintenance fees.
