How did you calculate the nutritional data?

A laboratory that specializes in nutritional analysis evaluated each dish multiple times. However, due to the hand-crafted nature of our food and any guest substitutions or special requests, it's possible there could be minor fluctuations in the figures provided.

How do I get a donation from Outback Steakhouse for my non-profit organization or event?

Outback Steakhouse is committed to being a strong contributor to the communities we serve. Donation requests (including requests for donations of gift certificates and food) should be submitted in writing to the managing partner of your local Outback Steakhouse. Requests should be submitted on your organization's official letterhead, including the organization's full name, address, phone, and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed, and how it will benefit the community. Please use our Restaurant Locator to determine the Outback Steakhouse nearest you.

How can I purchase an Outback Steakhouse gift card?

How do I check the status of my gift card order that I placed through Outback's website?

A confirmation email is sent once the gift card has shipped. You may also call 877-625-5786 to check the status of your gift card purchased from

How do I check the balance of my card?

You can check the balance on your card by clicking here or call (800) 242-5353.

Can lost/stolen cards be replaced?

Terms on the back of the card state “card has no replacement value if lost or stolen.” 
However, if possible, we would like to assist in replacing the gift card. Please submit your proof of purchase so we can research your card history and work towards replacing.

  • If Purchased at Outback, retailer, grocery or drug store: Please scan and email your receipt to or fax to (813) 387-8995. 
    Please include the following information:
      • Name
      • Mailing address
      • 19 digit gift card number if possible

How long will it take to receive a replacement card?

Pending results of the card activity research, a replacement will be sent to the mailing address provided. Please allow 3-4 weeks for research and replacement of your card. 

Do your gift cards expire or have any maintenance fees?

No, our gift cards do not expire nor do they have any type of maintenance fees.

Can my Outback Steakhouse gift card be used at another Bloomin’ Brands Restaurant?

Yes, see the back of your gift card for locations and terms.
